Dr. Montaser Jarrar

Director General of the Palestine Research Center at the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). A Palestinian researcher and academic. He is also a lecturer of political science and digital diplomacy at the Graduate Studies College of Al-Quds University. He has published several books and studies, most importantly a book entitled “The Palestinian Strategy for Confronting the Deal of the Century” He is the editor-in-chief of the Palestinian Diary volumes issued by the Palestine Research Center.

He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Jordan.
